OnSIS/OEN OnSIS/OEN is the Ministry of Education’s Student Data Collection system that is accessed by Principals and designated school administration staff. Please fill out the appropriate form for your school’s role, print, sign and send the completed form to Learning Technology: Client Support through the internal courier. Only original forms are accepted. These forms, once received, are signed at the Board level and then sent to the Ministry of Education for processing (can take up to two weeks). Once processed the Ministry sends two email messages directly to the user, one indicating your username, the second indicating your password. Please keep this information as the Board is not provided with User login and password information. |
