IEP (eLite)


eLite is the Board’s student individual education plan system. Accounts vary depending on the staff role at the school. Username and Password are the same as those used for the network and HelpDesk.


Principal / Vice-Principal, Admin staff

Anyone who has a PowerSchool Admin account can have the IEP profile of either View or Update to all IEPs at the school. This setting is changed at the school, on the employee's Information screen.


Resource Teacher

As above, must have a PowerSchool account, and access to IEPs is set in their profile.


Classroom Teacher (elementary)

IEP account only becomes active if at least one student in one course has an IEP. The teacher can then login and edit all portions of the IEP that they are linked to through PowerSchool.


Classroom Teacher (intermediate and high school)

IEP account only becomes active if one student in one course has an IEP. The teacher can view all portions of the IEPs  assigned to them through PowerSchool. They can also create Modification, Accommodation, and Alternate pages.


If you require an update in access to IEPs, please have your supervisor submit a HelpDesk ticket with the information.
